Surveyor

1. Should any discrepancy exist in the drawings between the dimensions as indicated Discrepan by the scale and those marked in figures, the figures are to be considered correct, and if drawings there should likewise be any discrepancy between the figures and dimensions, or the form of special- construction, or the materials as indicated on the drawings and the description given in the cation. specification, the directions of the specification shall be adopted, and in all cases of defective Defective description or any ambiguity in the specification, the explanation generally of the Surveyor settled by General shall be considered correct and binding on all parties. 3. 5. 6. 7.
